When several agents are working at once, checking every thread becomes another job. Needs You puts questions, failures, and finished work together in your own BB workspace. Open a thread when you are ready and dismiss it when you are done. The inbox works without extra accounts or other extensions; Telegram is an optional way to stay in touch when you step away.

See threads waiting for input and threads that failed, with direct links back to the work.
Finish on your terms
Finished threads remain visible after you read them. They stay in Needs You until you dismiss them, without being counted as waiting for your input.
Keep the noise down
In-app popups stay quiet in the thread you are already viewing. Close a popup without losing its inbox item. Completion notifications are off by default.
